Accessing the website: Accessing the website is permitted to all the readers; it is an Open Access platform. IJCSE is NOT responsible for any content of the advertiser’s website posted in a web page. IJCSE deserves the right to revise/update the changes from time to time as required and applicable in the Website, which needs to be accepted by all the authors/readers. Without the prior authorization of IJCSE, you may use/ distribute the articles/ cite the articles under the Terms of Open Access but NOT for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights: IJCSE is the sole licensee of Intellectual Property Rights in the Website and the material (articles/manuscripts) published on it. One CANNOT use the information on the website for commercial purpose and DOES NOT has any rights to distribute or disseminate any part of the material on the Website without our prior permission from IJCSE. One DOES NOT have any right to use the IJCSE published material to translate or distribute for commercial purposes without the prior permission/ license from IJCSE. If this is observed IJCSE will take legal action against these kinds of activities under the Jurisdiction of  India.

IJCSE is mainly intended to promote Scientific Information and activities and is NOT interested in third party unrelated information/ activities.
Use of Personnel Information: IJCSE abides to the following points to maintain the privacy of the information available-

 IJCSE collects and use personnel information to encourage dissemination, efficacy and productivity of the research.
    b) IJCSE plays a fair play in giving editorial decisions and journal’s development. IJCSE DOES NOT show any differences for the articles submitted under waiver’s policy.
    c) IJCSE will never share the personnel information with other parties without prior permission from the author as well as from the Editor-in-Chief.

IJCSE maintains transparency while collecting the information and will also abide by one’s own particular decision or timings. IJCSE will NEVER encourage personal disputes (if any). It always maintains its transparency with its editor’s, reviewers and authors without any partiality, which in turn benefits authors, readers, reviewers and editors for its fair play.

IJCSE assure that it will NOT share any personnel information related to payment information, such as a credit or debit card number; address; personal information and any other information that reveals your identity such as device information, anonymous usage data and aggregated information, for any purpose, except where we are restricted by LAW.
Standards and Ethics: The publication of an article in an ethical way directly reflects the quality work of the author/their group and the institutions that supports them. The quality publication of an article in an open-access journal is a coherent development in the community of scientific knowledge. The peer-review process exemplifies and supports the scientific method of Open Access publishing. Therefore, Publication Ethics is a very important tool for an author who resembles the scientific community.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offenses: The readers MUST NOT misuse the website by introducing viruses and other malicious materials or technologically harmful or designed to adversely affect the operation of the Website or of any computer software or hardware. DO NOT try to do unauthorized attempts to hack our website, IJCSE will take serious actions against these kinds of acts and will subject this to the Court of LAW under the section criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. IJCSE is NOT LIABLE for the attack of viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Links from other sites: 
IJCSE might contain the resources or information about other sites, for which it is NOT LIABLE for those third-party sites and will NOT have any control over the content of such sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Jurisdiction and applicable law: If anyone breaches these Terms and Conditions or Policies or Ethics of Publishing, then IJCSE has the right to claim against these activities to the court system of India.

Revising Terms and Conditions: IJCSE has the right to revise/ update the terms and conditions based on any issues/ problems faced by the readers and its users. So, all the readers and users of IJCSE have to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Copyrights: Publishing rights are required to disseminate the articles published in IJCSE, which can be done by making an agreement between the author and the publisher. This agreement clearly states that the transfer of rights from author to IJCSE and authors retain significant rights to use and share their own published articles. Authors and IJCSE will have an agreement where authors will have copyrights but license rights of their article/s are attributed to IJCSE.

Permissions: These might differ based on the different situations, which includes- If an author submits his/her article having material/content from another publication in any article, it is the sole responsibility of the author to obtain permission to use material/content. He/ She MUST submit written permission from the author/ publisher of the original material along with the article. If you have modified a figure from a previously published figure, please check with the copyright owners to see whether permission is required and include a complete citation/reference for the original article.
Refund Policy: IJCSE will not offer any refunds once articles have been published/ withdrawn/ retracted.
